Ruby Arts Agency (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides boutique creative services to U.S. businesses and marketing managers seeking to amplify brand presence with budgets under $10,000. By engaging our services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service, which govern your responsibilities and the limits of permissible conduct.
User Responsibilities
- You will supply accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for campaign development, including brand assets, market data, and budget approvals.
- You will secure any third‑party rights (e.g., music licenses, image permissions) required for the content we create on your behalf.
- You will designate a single point of contact authorized to approve deliverables, payments, and any changes to scope.
- You will remit payment according to the schedule outlined in your Service Agreement; late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Prohibited Activities
- Using our deliverables to violate any federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to false advertising, defamation, or privacy infringements.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing our work to third parties without our explicit, written consent.
- Altering, reverse‑engineering, or decompiling any proprietary tools, methodologies, or software provided by Ruby Arts Agency.
- Engaging in conduct that could harm our reputation, such as associating our brand with illegal products, extremist content, or unethical business practices.
All campaigns are subject to a 90‑day performance window during which we commit to measurable local‑market brand lift. Should you fail to meet the outlined responsibilities, we reserve the right to adjust timelines, reallocate resources, or terminate the agreement, with any prepaid fees refundable only at our discretion.
